First days back at school. 2 buses pass all the school kids with NOT IN SERVICE amd no clue as to when any bus will arrive. Drivers dont stop amd explain they just keep driving. how do you expect kids to get to school if you dont have either bus available at the times they need to get to school? They all waited as 2 buses that werent full drove straight by. This is NOT a one off. You say no kids are left behind but this is common for the buses to leave kids stranded. Kids ARE LEFT BEHIND!
Half of the staff you currently have are extremely rude or can't speak English properly at all. Please be more strict with who you hire. As a customer, we expect friendly and helpful bus drivers. I took the Rototuna bus last week and the female bus driver was so rude!
Outside Sacred Heart School Hamilton the Orbitor bus drove SLOWLY!!straight past me at 9.50 even though I had my handout !! Another Orbitor went passed ten mins later Out Of Service understand the second one Second time in a week this has happened but this time had to wait unprotected in cold wind and rain:

I got a take away tea inside the centre. This is tea with a little milk and no sugar. Pricing seems way over the top for a tea bag and hot water in a takeaway up, $6.20. Won’t be getting a hot drink there ever again.

Left my child behind on the school run. They say no child left behind. Until its your child left behind. It's not easy trying to find the number and then you hey hey attitude from the help desk that there's nothing they can do! How about you NOT leave a child behind!

My son caught the last bus from ngaruawahia to Hamilton and got off on ulster street and when he got home he realised he left his phone on the bus so we rushed down to the transport center and caught a ngaruawahia bus there … there was a old az lady with long white hair driving the bus and she was rude couldn’t even radio the other man and wait 2minures for a reply …old rude people like her shouldn’t even be driving my son donates to your buses twice a day 7 days a week he’s spent thousands and f dollars catching that bus u get 1star from me lady what makes it even worse you probably see him every time your driving that bus
