According to a recent news report, a bus driver illegally detained, searched and stole a new phone from a disabled passenger. The driver hasn't been fired. Shameful company. My daughter caught your charter bus back from totara springs on Friday 18th November her bus driver jammed her hand under some luggage as well as through a shoe at another little girl. I am disturbed in this woman drivers behaviour and so are the kids. I will be making a formal complaint as well.
