A great experience, even though I had to have a root canal done. Dave is a great dentist who genuinely cares about his patients. He made sure I was not in pain and that I was comfortable and aware of what was happening the entire time. I highly recommend this dental surgery. They care and go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. This level of service is hard to find these days.
I have always hated going to the dentist, but my recent experience with Dr Bashar was completely different. He put me at ease instantly, always very kind and friendly. He seems to be a great teacher too - his assistant is very lucky to have him as a mentor! The reception staff were both lovely and very helpful. Hands down, best dental experience ever!
Going to the dentist is not something I love obviously, but unfortunately I have to go relatively regularly. I'm very glad to have found Dr Dave and the team at Hamilton Dental as they do their utmost to ensure the experience is as comfortable as possible. Their practice is modern and comfortable and the staff are super kind and friendly.
I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but Dr Dave knows my fears and every time I have been has been such a good experience. Dr Dave takes his time, explains procedures and makes sure I am comfortable throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
Not a fan of Dental Surgeries let's be clear, but this one is a real gem. Such a good experience with everyone I've dealt with, they made me feel comfortable, informed and relaxed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend, next level care. Our son got his braces from Hamilton Dental centre. We are very pleased with the process and can ready see his teeth getting aligned. Santie is extremely competent and very friendly. My son is always comfortable and at at ease. I highly recommend them!
Having joined this dental clinic a couple of years ago, I've had nothing but professionalism and that was from the first day I went in with my Mother to enquire about joining. The answers and help were outstanding so we both joined along with my husband. Bashar is my dentist and Sarah is my hygienist who I have to visit often. Top service. Would recommend.
The entire team at the Hamilton Dental Centre are all stars. First-rate, professional service delivered with genuine warmth and real concern. It's almost a treat visiting the dentist! Highly recommend.
Felt relaxed and at ease from the moment I walked in the room.THoughout the procedure I was told what was going to happen and how I would feel. The receptionist was efficient and engaging as a first point of contact. The best dentist I have been to and would highly recommend.
Everything I would look for. Thought and attention to the issue, pros and cons of treatment options, time to think and decide including for costs. The other thing is harder to describe but what a difference it makes - the vibe. The best I can describe it, is that this place is about people. It does you good to experience it!
