I had a medical emergency recently which resulted in an Ambulance trip needed. The staff were extremely supportive and made sure that I was looked after until Paramedics showed up Thank you Spencer and everyone else at Lumino 5 Cross Roads
Disappointed! The previous hygienist Marita scrapped and polished my teeth with care. I did not enjoy yesterday with Sarah that used a drill like thing that has increased my sensitivity all night! A painful experience! She spent more time whizzing back n forth to write numbers down after viewing my mouth. I asked what was she doing? She replied she was measuring gum to teeth distance. I did not ask for this service I wanted my teeth scrapped n polished. She told me my front teeth loose. I objected as have had a full dental check & developed a plan with my dentist. My dentist said my front teeth are too good to cap, he does not ruining good teeth, I tend to believe my dentist In future my dentist will clean my teeth My teeth do not feel cleaned. I was asked to pay 151.00 I advised my Online booking quoted 135.00 after some phone calls I was charged 135.00 not worth the $$$ I will not be returning to Lumino
Don't go there, what a rip off. Paying wasn’t a problem, I paid cash. $375 for less than 10 minutes in the chair is the problem.
Friendly service and the staff were lovely. I would recommend my friends and family go there
Good a root canal done here, dentist told me I didn't need a crown on it, should be fine. Now that tooth is broken.
Friendly and very gentle.
