Thank you so much to Emily from the Noosa store, I am so happy with the haircut she talked me into getting and she also pierced my daughter's ears and made her feel at ease about the procedure as there were a few nerves leading up to it. Loving my hair and so thankful to Emily for convincing me to go shorter on the back. i couldn't be happier with my hair and customer service was really good. I will definitely be going back there
I wanted to say a BIG thank you to EMILY for her excellent customer service. She is a listener, a knowledgeable sales person & most importantly a very nice understanding person who obviously has a passion for her line of work. I have had problems with dry hair for a long time & thanks to the products she sold me last week Matrix shampoo, Mask & Replenishing Treatment my hair has already improved immensely.
The HHWH at Noosa is amazing! The new team is so welcoming and ready to advise on the best pathways for what you want to achieve. Their honesty is always appreciated and even though they’re not a discount store they are competitively priced for the high standard of the services and products they offer. Would recommend to anyone you cares about their hair and wants the best :
Em was excellent. Great cut for my son and blow wave for me. Advice on products too. I would definitely come back when i am in Noosa again.
Customer service was non existent. I judge a business on how well they handle fixing their mistakes and genuine care for the customer ... hence never buying from them again. No wonder they were empty Xmas Eve.
Very poor service. The staff are not knowledgeable about products - this is evident by how quiet the store is. Even the hair of the staff is poorly cut and colored. Bad advice and bad follow up. It is a pity that another store is doomed for failure. Deserved in this case.
Susie did an amazing job with my style cut and was very accommodating, definitely coming back.
Not bad, has everything you need but lacking knowledge in certian areas. Friendly service and decent prices.
