Some beauty salons and their staff tend to take short cuts. At the Beautyrooms, we refuse to use any anything but the best products and to deliver the very best in standards of service during the time you are in our Salon.

Over the last few years we have introduced the Metro-sexual menu of treatments for the male, as a greater number of men are recognizing the benefits of personal grooming & treatments to maintain their well-being.

What should have been a lovely treat turned out to be quite an upsetting and very disappointing experience. First of all after booking my initial appointment I was called back to be told they could not longer fit me in. On the day of my revised appointmentthe air conditioning was not operating properly in a very warm second floor room in the height of summer and the therapist while lovely seemed a bit unsure of what was was going on and at one point left my massage to deal with walk ins. Upon paying I was told that there was no eftpos available (therapist asked if I had been told by the owner when I booked...I had not) and it was cash only. Also the rate was $30 more than the rate advertised on the website the day prior. When I politely advised the therapist of the price difference and showed her the screen print I had taken the day before instead of honouring it she called the owner and put me on the phone without really explaining the situation. The owner was quite rude and argued the incorrectly advertised price before asking me if I would like to pay the price I had seen advertised, which of course I did. She responded by saying Fine. Bye. and hung up on me. While the massage itself was very nice I left my appointment in tears and am still very upset over this awful customer service experience. Needless to say I won't be back to The Beauty Rooms Noosa.

Beautiful facial with massage this morning by lovely ladies who genuinely care for you. Outstanding service with lovely products at an affordable price. I'm going to putting this on my list when i return to Noosa....thankyou girls x

My daughter and I came across Sue by chance really - we had been away for some time and our beautician had moved away from the Sunshine Coast. To cut the story short, we found Sue and so glad that we did - wished we found her years ago. Sue's services are of an extremely high quality, she genuinely cares about her clients and puts you at ease from the get go. I cannot fault her beautician skills and always feel like I am getting VIP service each time I go in. Don't hesitate to book with the Beauty Rooms Noosa. Thank you Sue. (see you again soon)
