I had my hair done by Caity and she did such an incredible job. It’s the happiest I’ve ever been with my hair. She was lovely and knowledgeable, and talked me through the whole process. The price is incredible for the work and service provided.
Best haircut yet!! Every time I go here they always do the best head massage with the hair wash. Coffee is fantastic, Chairs comfortable, good music playing and a stylist who knows what she's doing and enjoys her work. Next week colour time!
Had a great haircut done by Jess. Went for a totally different look, which she did perfectly. Gave me great advice, very attentive & caring. Highly recommend this salon. Also a great store for products. Great variety, & the staff are very knowledgeable.
Went in for hair extensions and Tammy didn't have the right amount of extensions in my colour required. She changed the colour and matched it perfectly and installed them. I wasn't happy with the way it was blended in. She advised me to sleep on it and done in next day if I still not happy. Tammy came in on her day off to re cut and blend before a funeral attendance. This woman went over and beyond for me and that is really hard to get these days. This company will get my repeat business because of Tammy alone. Thanks so much.
Just had my hair done by Jess at Baldivis store. Love the result she knew exactly what I wanted and gave me more than I hope for with professional and lovely service. Would highly recommend her. Thank you so much .

Honestly I have nothing nice to say about this salon I would highly recommend NOT going here.. got my hair done the other day it was absolutely terrible I had to go enlightened hair salon so the could fix my hair so $400 later.. not impressed.. staff need more training it's not acceptable. Response to onwer did you just write this so it looks good because you never got back to me shocking never go to this salon
After being told by a hairdresser in your store today 22nd of May at almost closing time that my daughters thin hair is that way because I have never cut it, I will never be coming back. she is 6 and has only just had hair thick enough to cut even though you can still see her head. she was a bald baby for a long long time even at 4 it was super sort how was I meant to cut something that was not there. Never mind all the females in my family suffer hair loss and so on and I told her this but no she was right and I was wrong. Not a nice feeling to be told your daughters genetics is not the problem it was because you have not cut it. What a load!
