In my view, the best way to judge a business is not by how "nothing ever happens", but by how they respond when something is not quite the way I was hoping it would be! On a couple of friends' hairdressers recommendation, I went to this shop to find my new regular shampoo and conditioner. After inquiring about my hair, frequency of washing, etc, a very friendly consultant suggested a product for me. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me at all. After a day or so of stressing about the potential loss of 2x $30 or so, I contacted the company. I really should not have worried. I was of course very welcome to return the products. When I got there, staff had already discussed other options for me and suggested two alternative brands. I chose one and now I am very happy with the result. My hair, which is ultra fine and not easy to care for feels fantastic. Not cheap, for sure, but money well spent on quality products, great customer service and consumer satisfaction.
Wonderful staff....know their stuff and give great advice...always friendly and very helpful. Great assortment of products to choose from too!!
First time visit as I’m returning to hairdressing after a long time , WOW have products improved so much over the years kinda makes it more of a pleasure to work with again ! The lovely Mackenzie was so friendly and fresh and professional customer service which we all know is really rare these days thank you l will be back .Fantastic selection from the short visit l saw .
So disappointed, I went in and asked one of the girls for a really good conditioner, the one she recommended me was over $40 but I trusted her opinion. After trying it my hair felt so dry. I then looked it up on google to see the reviews to find out she sold me a MASK to apply AFTER CONDITIONER??? so now I've lost $40 and still need to buy a conditioner. Extremely frustrating. Train your staff to know about your products. Won't be ever coming back here.
I travelled quite a distance To buy some hair colour but they only had one tube in stock The assistant was very helpful and suggested I phoned ahead next time to make sure they had stock
My experience with the staff at Hair Supplies Fremantle has always been positive. The staff are very approachable and happy to answer any query i may have with products and always helpful and happy to find what i am looking for. First Class Service Ladies Thank you .
It's a great place. I'm too hooked. The only problem I had was they were too open to the public which scares me a bit as a hairdresser. But still it's a great place and the girls are lovely. Hopefully they open a store near cannington soon!
Won’t be spending one more cent at this place after getting no service from the 3 women at the counter. Talking to each other instead of helping a non professional in need of advice. Friendly advice costs nothing
Love this place. One of the best hair wholesalers ive shopped out of and ive lived in 4 states and overseas. They have almost every range and the staff are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They verify qualifications before purchase which empowers our industry and regulates quality control. They can keep an account for you which enables you to keep track of invoices for tax time. Definitely recommended for hairdressers.
As a consumer not in the industry: Helpful friendly staff.. huge range, sometimes have specials on products, recently started an awards programme, easy to join in store, haven't had a chance to test it yet.
