Probably would be a great idea to make it more clear on your door that customers are not allowed to purchase from your store unless they are hairdressers, Trades only sign is not as obvious for some rather than shaming a customer who comes in unknowingly, Customer Service staff retraining wouldn’t go astray either!! What’s the problem with selling to the general public? Once the lady was aware that i wasn’t a hairdresser she pretty much yelled “I CANT SERVE YOU”!! I will NEVER recommend to my Trade Hairdresser friends.
Great products and customer service of all your hair and beauty needs
Appalling service. Rude staff who honestly just wanted us out of there as soon as we'd paid for our kits. No call back when an order had arrived, had to phone them to see what was going on to be told 'it's here'. Very disappointed. I live 15 minutes away from here but will travel to the Hindmarsh store every time. Haircare have good products for ok prices, but I would rather order online or travel out of my way than go back to this store.
So the public can't go here and buy products ??? And how rude is the staff .
