I've been to this store a few times and it's always been a bad experience. The last time I went to this store the lady asked me 3 times if she could help me, I told her no thanks I'm just looking. I felt like she was following me around thinking I was stealing or something idk.. I go to the register with my items and they had trouble with the eftpos machine working. So they're running around like a bunch of headless chooks making phone calls and talking about how this always happens blah blah blah. While I'm just standing there for 5 mins and they didn't even apologise for the inconvenience.. so I just walked out without buying anything. Do yourself a favour and head to Salon Haircare which is just up the road from this store. They have a massive variety and the ladies there are always friendly and helpful there compared to the store.
Not really professional and honest usually You buy either shampoo conditioner or 200ml mask in a bundle of 12 you get either 1ltr or 500 ml mask free , after I bought 13 shampoos and 3 lotions I only received 200 ml mask : Would not recommend this store
Love going in. girls are great we have a laugh and are very helpful love love
