I have been using hair systems from last 3 years and have managed to get 8 months on an average out of a system. I ordered hair replacement system in Aug 16 they first said it will be delivered in oct 16, I didn't hear from them till nov, when I called they said there was some problem with the system, and had to be re ordered and will be coming in two more months - it finally arrived in late Jan and that's when I got it fitted. The System that was fitted was of substandard quality and it started loosing a lot of hair from second month onwards. By third month It developed a bald patch 3 cm In diameter in the crown Area. When I raised the concern with Beauty and Hair/ Hair replacement Australia, they said it must be because of the over conditioning. I have been using their conditioner and shampoo all this while, and I only shampoo and condition while taking a shower as per their directions. I have been using and maintaining these systems for three years now and I'm in quite good at taking care of them. So their response was very unconvincing. Due to substandard product and terrible customer service I decided to take my business elsewhere - I do not recommend these guys.
