Had a great experience here, staff super friendly, Angelo was great, I showed him a picture and he did it exactly as I wanted, I never had a man cut my hair before, I was pleasantly surprised. Went in to get my hair fixed from a bad haircut. Received a worse one. My hair is completely butchered. What I showed and wanted but received were 2 different things
Wife was very very disappointed. she got foil streaks, came out wrong she couldn’t see it. So they tried to fix it and charged me for trying to repair it, even then still came out bad. Wont be coming back.
Angelo was my hairdresser and he cut and coloured my hair with the utmost care and attention to detail. He is very friendly and easy to talk with and makes it a relaxing and friendly experience. I was very happy that he achieved exactly the style and colour that I wanted and I left the Salon feeling like a new person. I will definitely be returning to the Salon from now on. UPDATE I am still having my hair done regularly by Angelo more than one year later!! He amazes me every time with his attention to detail. I leave the Salon feeling like a million dollars. And his friendly easy going nature makes it a real pleasure to be there. I'd like to give him 10 stars
I had a great experience at this hair dresser in werribee. The staff are super friendly and easy to have a chat with and make the whole experience very comfortable. Pricing is decent as well.
Laura is an absolute gem. Angelo is friendly and charming. A relaxing salon. Good colour, cuts, prices and friendly service. Highly reccomended
I have been having my hair done here for over 20 years whenever I am in Melbourne and while I have had many hairdressers in my time the standard is always great.
One of my favorite places to go to get my hair done. The staff are amazing, super friendly and their communication with customers and fellow staff is the standard all salons should follow. Always end up leaving looking and feeling great. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a salon who really takes care of their clientele.
This was late 2018 so I hope they’ve improved but I doubt it. I phoned around as my usual salon was booked out and I needed my hair coloured before a holiday. Was a good price but not worth it. They had run out a particular Smartbinf conditioner needed post colour. Another client had brought hers with her. The blow dry was particularly debilitating. The hairdresser just pulled my hair so much while blowdrying as she kept getting the round brush tangled in my long hair. I had such a headache afterwards. The colour was passable but they didn’t have Inoa colour and they used another type which really was not as good in the end and slightly different colour. Will never go back. The two girls were so disorganised and said the manager was away. If only he knew. Wish I’d walked out as soon as I realised they were so very unprofessional and unskilled.
