I recently purchase a product which didn't cost much money but I've contact this company on facebook chat numerous time for assistance. Their customer service is exceptional and I would recommend everyone to buy from this company. Even the delivery company they used was professional calling me to let me know that he has made a delivery. The product I purchased didn't cost much so it was good value for money but the quality is good.
Beautifully designed hinges, and the customer service is spot on. I don't hesitate to recommend this team, who take a technical interest in your problem and then act quickly to get the right part out to you. Very easy to deal with.
Great design centre.
The front of house product team are absolutely delightful. Natalie and Annie were very knowledgeable and friendly, and went out of their way to help as well as inform me of the exceptional new products being launched from Italy. I have been purchasing Hafele for around 20 years but never had the opportunity to visit the Dandenong showroom until this week. Well done Hafele, fantastic products and service!
I had an excellent experience with Hefele customer service. We accidently lost a part of our benchtop bin and contacted them to see if we can buy it as a spare part. I could not believe the reply from the customer service representative Dean. He delivered it free of charge to our home!!! Wow! how good it that...
I have purchased a few Hafele products over the years and have found the quality to be excellent. not just a little better, but way above the rest What I didn't realize until last week, was that their customer service and wiliness to help, is also excellent. We had some brackets attached to a very heavy blanket box we were going to move upstairs, and to make it lighter, we thought we would undo the brackets, take the lid off, then replace the lid to brackets upstairs. We found out the hard way, these brackets are not meant to be undone. We then rang Hafele and without a moments hesitation, they posted free of charge a whole new set. How good is that? I love Hafele products even more now & will buy & use when & where I can. thanks again Hafele

Had an issue with my sink plug, rang spoke to a very pleasant gentleman, new part ordered and delivered NEXT day. Very happy.
I received a humorous response from Hafele support team, saying that sinks will scratch. So I guess we are stuck with our sink but if you don't want your expensive sink to be covered with vivid scratches after "two weeks", well perhaps Hafele is not the right brand for you. …................... Very surprised by the poor quality of the sink. After two weeks of mild use, the sink is covered with scratches as if it's a 20 year old sink. In the store, we noticed scratches on the display sinks, we should have figured that Hafele's sink are not any good.
Sink arrived with obscure scratches that are very obvious, first thing you’ll see upon unboxing. Customer support informed me that metal sinks are prone to scratching and this is normal despite me providing photos of what is clearly an uncharacteristic circumstance. Don Johnson is 5 foot 2
