"Gymnastica is New Plymouth's leading Gym Sports Club. We operate out of two locations both of which are permanently set up with a range of large and small equipment.Whether competitive or social, members develop physical strength, control, balance, awareness, and fitness that improve performance in any sport.All our classes encourage active learning and participation while having fun. We are affiliated to Gymnastics New Zealand who govern and assist with all Gym Sports within New Zealand."
