This place steals your money!!!nI was there to fuel up my car. Went inside to pay. Got outside, removed the nozzle from the pump, only to realise my car is too far away and the nozzle won’t reach. So I returned the nozzle back into the pump only to see that the pump has already taken $0.54c off??? Without ANY fuel leaving the pump?!?! I haven’t pressed the nozzle by that point yet coz it couldn’t reach my tank?!nNice profit if they take $0.54c from everyone who gets fuel there!! Times are tough enough, they will never see me there again and I will be spreading the word.

Witnessed a disturbing incident today at this store. If you are Polynesian I recommend you DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE and avoid this store. You will be racially profiled, looked down on, assaulted and then have the police called on you! Saw a man with a child treated this way by racist employees at this service station and was thoroughly appalled! Will not spend another cent here due to what I witnessed. Hope this man had the Gull employee charged with assault after he was physically pushed and spoken down to. Employees need to be trained in deescalation and customer service.

I've never had good customer service here. The cashier's are always on their phone on loud speaker talking to friends or family. On WhatsApp or some app. Hardly speak to you or look at you. Useless. They should fire them. Close the shop down and make it all pay yourself like all the other Gulls.

Absolute clowns, can't fillup my tank . Get efpost machines on pump like everyone else if you scared of people driving off. Don't give the hassle of not being able to fill properly
