1st time using this station, man behind the counter was very helpful, whilst I was waiting to pay a woman tourist who got lost using her Google map stepped aside to let other customers pay ahead of her, seems she was wanting to go west but heading in a totally different direction , she was still smiling though. The man behind the counter pointed her in the correct direction.
