Excellent customer service, may not have what you want in stock but are more than  willing to get it in for you.

Terrible service. The staff were unaware of basic returns policy. The manager took an age to turn up, refused the return then patronised me in front of my child. Pathetic. They must be doing great business if they don't need new customers. I have gone out of my way to not go back. 
Bunnings may stuff up at times but they will try to help and always treat you with respect. 
My advice- drive to Mittagong.

Unbelievable great service and patience from Alan (paint). The colour we required took a lot of trial and error. He has a fabulous sense of humour to go with his people skills. Alan made a stressful situation easy. Thank you.
