Healthy food. Always efficient staff. Courteous too. Salads made to order. How to order: Grab the sheet of paper located at the line-up, tick what ingredients you want, grab the green leaf bowl from the fridge and present it to the staff. Don’t forget to ask for a bread roll. Seating located in the plaza directly opposite the store - next to the water fountain. Good location to relax. Always busy at lunch time. The State Library, NSW Parliament, Lindt Cafe and Reserve Bank are located a block away from this location.
This has to be stingiest portions sizes I have ever experienced. You pay $7 for a large Bircher muesli and the plastic container is not even half full. My colleagues and I will be going elsewhere for our breakfast.
Food is healthy, quantity is usually enough to feel satiated and staff is always efficient and pleasant. The price of some salads may be a bit high, but I always order through MealPal, which makes the place great value for money. In particular they have the best salmon poké I found for a salad bar / takeaway place in CBD.
Been coming here for my lunch for the last 2 months and i just want to say that the service has always been lovely and the salads TOO consistent.. can't fault them and even IF something ever came up I don't doubt they would look after me there! Thank you to the team at Grow

Breakfast blast smoothie should be avoided if you want a smoothie, it's not a smoothie as stated it is 95% milk as I was just told when asked about why consistency is very watery
