Grosvenor are paid to maintain our commercial airconditioning system. Every time the technicians arrive we’ve pleaded for help - the front of the building is super hot and the back is freezing. They assure us that everything will be fixed and pop cardboard over the vents or fiddle with things in the roof space and leave, with no improvement to air temperature. This terrible pattern has gone on for many years and our emails and calls mostly go unanswered or we are promised help that never eventuates. We are currently in the middle of a renovation and two months ago Grosvenor assured us that their engineering team would finally fix the issues at a cost to us of $6000 - this is on top of the many thousands we have already paid. They knew our renovation timeline and assured us that two months notice was ample. But a few days ago they called to say that they don’t have the parts and wanted us to delay our opening date. If you are a business owner you’ll understand how costly and disheartening this is. Anyway, in despair I asked a local aircon team to look at our office. They climbed in the roof and examined our unit. They told us that there’s been no proper maintenance for years. They took photos of the filters and system because they were so shocked and amused by the terrible state of the unit. They found a possum jammed in one of the vents and they estimate that it has been there for at least five years. We forwarded the photos to Grosvenor asking for an explanation and we have been ignored. I’m writing this review to warn other business owners to make smarter choices. Grosvenor make grand claims about service quality on their website. We’ve seen no evidence of them living by these values. An Update The operations manager called our office to say that he is suing me for writing to Grosvenor’s ‘contact us’ page, outlining our experience and disappointment with their service. I’ve told them about my Google review and he plans to sue me about this too, he said. While the operations manager has been making plans with his legal team we’ve had the unit easily fixed by a local crew. The operations manager did not express any concern about our experience or apologise for years of discomfort. In fact, he’s doing everything he can to blame us for the poor performance of the unit. Strangely, all of the other tenants have had the same experience as us - they try to keep cool by brining in fans and squirting themselves in the face with water to stay comfortable.

Great company by the looks of it, I dunno I saw one of your cars on the road and I just liked the word 'Grosvenor' well done, keep up the good work.
