Sea Forest engaged Groom Kennedy to act on a major commercial property acquisition in Tasmania. The team led by Tim Cannon coordinated the entire process from helping to negotiate price and terms, regulatory approvals, stamp duty exemptions and in every way did an excellent job. Prior to that Tim Cannon and the Groom Kenedy Team represented Sea Forest in obtaining both 30 year land and marine farm leases, securing long term unique assets on commercial terms and ensuring support from all stake holders.
