If you are looking to eat juicy burgers especially pork or beef. I would recommend the place. Their outlet at St kilda is very spacious and you will always find a spot to sit and eat and enjoy your burger. For main burger - Their specialisation Underbelly was extremely juicy and delicious. For sides my personal recommendation would be their sweet potato chips with sweet chilli dip.
Good Burgers, Nothing Special or Unique
Two friends and I visited this restaurant tonight. We were seated by a lovely member of staff and began reading the menu. 10 minutes went past and another member of staff came to tell us that they were closed and couldn’t serve us and that the previous colleague had made a mistake. If this was the case then why did they let us sit there for 10 minutes if they weren’t going to serve us food? Terrible communication; sad about the burgers they looked great.
We loved to eat at Grilld during our stay in Australia. They have a great menu with a lot of different burgers. The vegetarian options are very tasty and now they even have a vegan burger. My recommendation for some not too hungry folks are the zucchini chips with some sweet chilli mayo.
Best burger I’ve had so far in Melbourne. One place in Kew served a meatloaf pattylight on the meat that fell apart when I picked it up. I would eat here again if the opportunity arises
Juicy and fresh burger in Melbourne, love it.
Got our order wrong, knew we would work out the order was wrong but let us leave with it anyway. Instead of telling us they were out of slider buns, they cut a normal size burger in half and did one side chicken and one side beef to try and pass it off as the actual 2 beef sliders we ordered. Then when we called to complain after getting home and wondering what happened to the sliders the person on the phone at Grill'd admitted they should have told us they were out of slider buns! Halfass refund offered...vouchers offered for pickup but he took my name and number down incorrectly - no bother, won't be going back and would never recommend.
My star rating is a reflection of the low standard at this Grill'd restaurant in comparison to other outlets. You can't half ass this in Melbourne, burgers here are too good for your brand name to do it alone.
Heading home on a Wednesday night, we googled options for dinner which we could pick up on the way home. Grill’d popped up. We entered the store at 8:39pm and upon approaching the counter we were rudely advised ‘we’re closed’. When we enquired what time they closed the staff member blatantly ignored us. The staff at St Kilda should work on their customer service; 1. Grill’d St Kilda is advertised as closing at 9:00pm 2. The door was open; chairs and tables still outside Plus, we wish you made it clear on the grill’d website and google that you could close early because we had already paid for parking - we won’t be back in a hurry.
Awesome burgers. If you don't have burger juice running down your arm, then it's not a real burger. These never fail. Soooooooo good!
