Great range of vegan burgers. The Garden Goodness is always fresh, but I just wish they had more vegan sauce options the vegan mayo is bland, a herbed mayo or an aioli would be nice. It's the sides that keep me coming back though. The new onion rings are possibly the best onion rings I've ever had and the zucchini chips are always sensational. Bring back your Hemp Therapea burger please! That was your best burger and worthy of 5 stars.
Advertised 2 for 1 deal. Charges full price, we even asked as we orded. Then was told sorry you need to do the barcode. We specifically asked before making the order as was not mentioned then charged full price. Also would not give me the receipt so he knew he was in the wrong To top it off they want your bank details as well. I appreciate the manager trying to offer a refund but it's the initial staff member and the disgusting behaviour that will leave a stain on this business. Horrid customer service.
It is the several now this happens. They put tiny and burnt chips underneath and good chips on top. 1/3 of it is not usable. See the photo. Generally food and service here is decent, did have an odd experience a few years back where I walked in and two staff members made eye contact and didn't acknowledge me at all while we were standing on either side of the counter and continued their non-work related conversation I went elsewhere for the night because that really threw me off, and have gotten stale buns once or twice. But last night was really disappointing. Placed an online order and the estimated pick up time was 20 minutes. Thought this was a little optimistic given it's a Friday but in the car I get. Head to pass to get my food, told it'll be 15-20 minutes. No worries, I'll wait outside. The order isn't ready for another 35 minutes. I get being busy but at least attempt to be honest with your wait times. 55 minutes for burgers on a busy night is fine, but waiting outside in the cold when I could have waited in the comfort of my own car or home!! had I known how long it would actually be was infuriating, especially when hungry.
Really lovely staff, got our orders perfect. Nice clean dining room, comfortable even on a hot 37° day. Food was fresh and delish as always Food: 5/5
Really fast service, staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Burgers were great as usual, I prefer the low carb buns, I don't like to fill up on bread because otherwise I don't have enough room to eat the sweet potato chips which are amazing, they are crunchy on the outside, soft in the inside and have a nice even layer of salt on them plenty of seating indoors and shaded area outside with plenty of seating also, shared toilets located nearby and beverages available also. Service was good. Food is ok. Burgers are getting overpriced. Over $65 for 2 burgers with regular chips and water. Burgers were pretty small and average for that price
Very nice beef patty and presentation. Great location and service. But their salad is not the best, standard and nothing special. They have a program helping local organizations and I really appreciate it, good job.
Very tasty burger and absolutely friendly staff. We have served with custom burgers for kids even out of the normal menu to just keep the customer service as paramount. Enjoy your time here with wines and wines.
Been there few time, staff very friendly and the food was delicious, they cooked the food very quick even when they r busy
