The staff were getting absolutely slammed with orders of Valentine's Day, and were running out of many stock items. Regardless, they provided exceptional service and were extremely apologetic, even though the shortages and wait times were out their control. Amazing job!
Spacious outlet with both adequate indoor as well as outdoor seating tables . . Did not have to book in advance, Quick to take the order and serve too. . Clean and well maintained and followed all COVID protocols.. a few new additions to the menu which was a welcome surprise !
Best grilled franchise in southeast Melbourne. Ample space to sit, both indoor and outside. Ample parking behind the shop, don’t bother looking for a parking spot in front of the shop. Staff is always energetic and is aware of current specials.
Burgers were good, chips too salty for my taste. Outside dining area not as clean as I'd like it to be. Overall, it's a solid staple, not memorable, and at risk of getting a little worn out unless attention applied.
Really delicious burgers. Quality meat in the burger. Love the low carb option. Love that you can build your own burger and create a healthy treat.
