Ordered online so quick pickup. Waited 20 minutes having talked to staff a couple of times, for my order to be pulled off a storage shelf half cold. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

Food was good but they stuffed up my order. When I realised and told the staff, the initial follow up was really poor and didn't even offer to refund the error, to be fair I think it was very busy and I think the staff were just flustered. However I took the time to write to the manager for feedback. Nathan was very responsive and went out of his way to correct it immediately. He restored my confidence in there customer service and we will definitely be eating there again soon.

Reliably good food. Crunchy chips with adequate salt- the most important component of chip science. Genuine chicken breast, tasty mayo, fresh veggies, delicious sauce. Plus their community contributions and awareness raising are a great model. Could really do with sorting out the aircon though on these hot days- too hot to eat there, took the food into the centre instead

Love the burgers here. Very efficient and friendly service and reasonably priced (5 meals and soft drink for $90). Good ambience with tasteful music, not too loud. I can see why Hoges is pissed with them though, doesn't just say "That's not a knife, this is a knife" on the sleeve for the knives but attributes it to Mick Dundee. Now if that's not an infringement of IP...........

BAD SERVICE!!!! When you walk in and are not greeted or sat down makes it a very poor start. Better service at McDonald’s
