I lived in Bundoora for almost 5 years and this is the first time I come here. Honestly, I would come much earlier if I knew about it before. There are a few tracks inside to walk in, besides, you can go deep in the forest if you like to watch wildlife. I would encourage everyone lives in the nearby areas to visit it .
You can hardly find any wildlife. You can enjoy leisure walk and if you are lucky, may find one or two kangaroos there.
Just wonderful to see how park volunteers love this place. Went for a Saturday morning tour today and it was lotsafun! Great information and appreciated more this small park from stories of our guide.
This is a really great wildlife reserve, it's very peaceful for a lovely brisk walk, and their are different trails that take you around the circumference of the reserve, you can also see a bunch of Kangaroos here as well.
We went at sunset and saw 10-12 kangaroos. We saw them mostly in the southeastern part of the reserve while walking along the path next to the fence. The kangaroos come right up to the path. If you’re quiet and move slowly, they’re happy to hang out near you.nnThere’s a small parking lot and toilets near the playground.
