Great Vets easy access pet care ask about their pet care packages for a fortnightly or monthly fee. Makes vaccinations pet checks and michrochipping so much easier.
The vet Orio sees is really happy and inviting, but is up front and praises progress. He also is happy to offer tips like, how to train a puppy to wee outside , and the right toys and snacks for teething etc. The staff in front in are always greet both our dogs which puts them at ease when coming to a new environment. 2 reasons to love Greencross, they're locals and love our pets. 5 stars.
For 12 years we’ve brought our dogs here and in the last few visits the quality and service has been in clear decline. The tipping point was when, due to advice from the vet, our dog became very sick, but Greencross couldn’t/wouldn’t see him, even in an emergency! Thankfully Traralgon Veterinary Centre were much more accommodating and the service there was infinitely better than at Greencross. Do not risk your pets health!
Best vets around. Kudos to the vet nurses and staff for their compassion and superior level of service. CiCi, the black lab, loves her visits.
We went there today to get our dog checked out. We as adults don't want to be told what to wear to get our dog looked at. It's absurd. So we went elsewhere, paid less money and got better service. So thank you. You just have to look at their other reviews and cut and paste responses to see that don't care about their customers. If you want to go to a vet and pay them to, I don't know, look after your pets... And not have to enable someone’s delusions and paranoia then this is not the place for you. There are plenty of other vets around that just do their job and don't make you jump through hoops to appease them.
Great vet. Caring. They also help with Wildlife Victoria rescues.
Firstly I would like to thank Kim and the vet nurse who we seen today they were extremely helpful and kind. My pup went in for her 2nd vaccination today, the vet we had today duncan was not nice he asked for only 1 person to be present and to wear a mask that was fine is stayed while my pup kept growling at him she has never done this. He informed me I am a rude person and I was upsetting him for asking questions. After lots of back and forth arguments from each other due to my miss use of question asking I asked what is the vaccination he put onto her mouth he replied "the vaccine you asked me to give" then told me I was upsetting him again I couldn't understand I had asked politely the only time I raised my voice at him was when he grabbed my puppy under her legs and she growled loudly as he hurt her. I did got have a good experience today with Duncan.
