My furbabies love all the vets, nurses and kennel hands at Greencross Vets, Maroochydore. Dr. Charles and Dr. Brook are exceptional in handling my very anxious Westie, Bowie and my other one, Papi, loves coming in even just to say hi to the lovely nurses, Jayah, Nat, Kat, etc. when we are off to Petbarn — just goes to show how warm and welcoming the clinic is!
COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM Dr Brook Kelly at Greencross Vets Maroochydore is a professional and compassionate veterinarian that navigated me through the most difficult of times for a pet owner, having to make end of life decisions for my elderly dog. Dr Brook cared for my old dog with heartfelt sympathy and was absolutely knowledgeable around palliative care. She continues to care for my current dog with the same enthusiasm. I highly recommend Dr. Brook Kelly.

Recently took our 17 year old cat to be euthanised. Receptionist and vet were superb with their empathy and the care they took to ensure we were comfortable with all aspects of the process. We were both too distraught on the day to say thank you and how much we appreciated their care and professionalism.
Charles and his staff have a lovely new Clinic beside Pet barn now. The veterinarians are a wonderful, caring bunch that were gentle with my pets and yet still professional. They have all the new mod cons and I would highly recommend them.
My adopted rescue dog came with a serious ear infection which was a 50/50 survival risk. I elected to go with treatment which required ointment to be inserted into both extremely painful ears every morning for three weeks. At first her pain was so bad that I needed the vet to insert it while I held her. Charles, the vet, offered to do this every morning before business hours for the first fortnight for which he waived the costs. This was very much appreciated and unexpected. I would very much recommend Charles and Heather as they understand the attachment we have to our furry cobbers.
Small waiting room. Unable to leave voicemail... Recommend lovely vet nurse Jaya. Vet Dr Kelly is nice to deal with too.
