I would like to make any reader aware that the Animal Emergency Clinic staff are caring and will do their best to help your much loved pet. I also would like to express my gratitude and respect to Dr. Matt and the medical staff. On Saturday 26th of November. Dr. Matt assessed my husky's condition after being poisoned by a paralysis tick. He was very thorough, and accurate with the information he gave about the condition my dog, and what things would be like over the next few days after treatment. This made me feel I could trust him, because I would like to believe that I have reasonable knowledge and experience dealing with particular medical treatment and situations, to which I have some expectations. We discussed the pricing for hospitalization, which I thought was very high for the first 24 hour period. I could not afford the hospital stay. I was given a second option that I could afford, and I was able to take my dog home that night. I was permitted by Dr. Matt to stay with my dog during treatment. This made me feel comfortable with and trusting of the medical staff. What I saw behind the scene was a high degree of care and respect for the pets being treated.
I foster Greyhounds who always have the knack of injuring themselves out of hours. It's greyt to know we have a 24hr super professional, super friendly service close by. The team at Tanawah emergency vet represents among the highest levels of great service I have experienced. When you are a nervous wreck with a beloved pet family member. From when you first call Reception or speak with, nurses & Vets, Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make the best decision quickly. End result healthy mum & 5 healthy strong puppies. Bonus with your team submitting pet insurance paperwork and Thank you for the follow up calls
Amazing service that gave us peace of mind. We took our young dog in after she wasn’t herself for hours. Dr Matt along with the whole team were amazing, great with updates and now our little girl is on the mend after an overnight stay. Their knowledge is so good. The first vet I spoke to was exceptional, I must thank her, I believe it was Amelia. If you’re worried about your pet the team will look after them.
We had an urgent visit to this emergency clinic with our beloved dog. After a preliminary examination we were quickly told she did not require triage, and 10 minutes later were ushered into a room where a most thorough examination ensured us she would be okay to take home, however she would require a more in-depth treatment at our local vet. This we did and our Rory is almost back to normal. The Emergency clinic has since been in touch to ask how Rory is doing. We're so thankful for the expert advice from such a caring facility. Well done to all.
We brought our dog in today and couldn’t fault the whole experience. It by no means was a serious emergency but the lovely lady at the front desk listened to what I had to say and was so understanding. Dr Travis was so helpful and went above and beyond to the point that he sent me a lovely message and photo of my dog when I left to let me know he was okay and getting loved up on cuddles. The price was so reasonable for a Sunday trip to the emergency centre and a few hundred under what I was quoted which was amazing! Thank you Dr Travis and the team for taking such good care of our pup we appreciate it so much!
Thank you Dr Emma and the team for providing such great care for our puppy recently. We really appreciate Dr Emma’s knowledge and judgement on the night we were there. We were reassured and glad that we didn’t have to put puppy through unnecessary/ painful tests. Most importantly, our puppy got better as predicted. Thank you so much.
While I was away my little man Ritchie had a nasty allergic reaction after being bitten by something, to the point his eyes were swollen shut. Luckily my husband took him in to see Dr Whitney took very special care of him and he was back to his playful self by the time I got home the next day. Thank you!
