I cannot thank Hannah & the team at Tanawha AES enough for the wonderful care they provided to my favourite boy, Cobalt. From the moment we walked in, the reception worker was warm and welcoming. Even with another emergency going on in the background they still showed genuine compassion and dedication, taking extra time to cuddle with Cobalt making him feel comfortable.nnIt's clear that Hannah truly loves animals, and her passion shines through in everything she does. A lovely caring staff and professional vets who showed they really cared. Thank you for staying in touch afterwards and checking back in your make sure l was okay. Highly recommend 5/5 stars. It couldn't have been easier - with directions sent to my mobile and help with taking my crate indoors. Everyone fussed over my puppies which madd a worried situation less stressful. Thank you to all the amazing staff at AES X
We rushed our little cavoodle Freya in early in the morning everyone looked after my baby girl and me and my son . Sending photos and updates which we loved and Evan dropping a message a few days after bringing Freya home to see how she was going.nAll the nurses and doctors were all so nice thank you for looking after us
I dropped my puppy in very sick, knowing his chances of survival were not good at all. The team rushed him into their round the clock emergency care. We were provided with clear information on what he would be treated for every step of the way, and given a rough figure on what costs would look like according to treatment required. We were updated through every 8 hour interval and kept informed of what was happening. Ollie responded so well to the treatment and care that he not only survived but has so far come through with no lasting damage! It was such a hard time, and I’m eternally grateful for the fantastic care we all received from the team. And, as though a bonus through it all, our total bill came in under what we were initially prepared for. Thanks guys for your absolutely wonderful service! We will have to come up for a visit when we’re a little bit older!!
There is nothing worse than needing out of hours vet care for your pet but the whole team at Tanawha AES were amazing from the moment I picked up the phone to call. Our Staffy spent a night at the vets after a tick bite and, being a Staffy, he is incredibly sucky! The team were amazing with him and I know he was in the best care overnight. We were kept up to date with his progress and my kids really appreciated the photo and message in the morning so they could see that he was ok. Follow up care has also been amazing, checking in to see how he is going. Thank you for everything you do team - you are amazing!
