I dropped my puppy in very sick, knowing his chances of survival were not good at all. The team rushed him into their round the clock emergency care. We were provided with clear information on what he would be treated for every step of the way, and given a rough figure on what costs would look like according to treatment required. We were updated through every 8 hour interval and kept informed of what was happening. Ollie responded so well to the treatment and care that he not only survived but has so far come through with no lasting damage! It was such a hard time, and I’m eternally grateful for the fantastic care we all received from the team. And, as though a bonus through it all, our total bill came in under what we were initially prepared for. Thanks guys for your absolutely wonderful service! We will have to come up for a visit when we’re a little bit older!!
The team were amazing I brought in my pup who had a tick which I had removed. He wasn't getting better so I took him to the team late at night. They did everything in their power to give him the best possible chance to survive. Happy to say after a day and a half my pup is back to his normal playful loving self. Sending a huge thanks to all the staff on that night for getting my pup back to me
My beautiful dog, Henry, was recently admitted as an emergency patient. At the time of writing, Henry is still in hospital receiving the best care.nMy personal experience has been really good. The kindness of all the team has been really appreciated. Everything from being brought a cup of tea while I waited anxiously, to sending me a message and photo of Henry once I was at home.nThe vets have kept me updated all the way along and have done everything necessary to make Henry’s stay as stress free as possible.nWhen Henry required specialist treatment it was all arranged for me by the vet caring for Henry.nThe kindness, care, empathy and support Henry and I have received has been above and beyond and I want to thank the team for that.nClaire Smith & Henry
Thank you to the wonderful team for saving my cat’s life! My beautiful boy Nacho had a blocked urethra and the team acted quickly to unblock him. Nacho stayed at the hospital over the weekend and I was updated regularly with photos and phone calls. Everyone was very welcoming when I visited and the vets and vet nurses always had time for a chat. I am so grateful for your expertise and compassion when looking after Nacho. Thank you!
