Good service, and I was able to get a next-day appointment online easily which was really helpful, but the price is incredibly high. My dog needed a grass seed removed, which we've had done many times at different vets, and none were nearly as expensive. There's also clearly some company instruction to upsell on extra tests, unnecessary follow-up appointments, extra medication etc. It was semi-urgent and the treatment was good but I definitely wouldn't go here again.
I have to give a massive shout out & thank you to Alex the vet for helping me and my beloved feline best friend. Unfortunately we did not receive the best of news, but it was given to us with such a high level of empathy, honesty and professionalism. Alex went above & beyond to help us both through this difficult time and was transparent and honest about our best options, without trying to upsell us any unnecessary services as you often hear of vets doing. He was so compassionate and held such a high level of integrity, it shows he has chosen this career out of a true love for animals and we will be forever be grateful for his support and guidance.
I took my cat in to get her teeth scaled and polished after being advised in a previous appointment. I was then informed that my 2 year old cat would need 8 - 12 teeth out and would cost another $1,000. They also ran unnecessary tests that I was not consulted about and received a very dramatic diagnosis of FIV over the phone that made it sound like she had a week to live when I called them to check in on how the surgery went. When I picked her up my cat had pulled out her own cannula, they had put a bandage on it to stop the bleeding but when I received her she had wet blood all over her paws which was very disturbing and upsetting. After I got a second opinion I was told she would need no teeth out. I am going to be taking her to a different vet that is independent from now on.
Leomykitten treated very well, Very good vet, so professional, so transparent, friendly. Price is reasonable. Would definitely bring my other kitten.
First time going to the one in Coburg and they were beyond great, so kind, gentle and caring about the way they treat the animals, they have great patience and precision when needing to handle dogs such as my boy as he can be very uncontrollable at times and accidentally hurt you due to his size, Definitely will come back here for check ups.
Exceptional! Highly skilled staff with a sincere passion for animals: Big and small; young and old! The empathy and consideration that we experience at Greencross Coburg is certainly appreciated. We have four dogs and all are treated by Dr Nadia Timol, who has been our veterinarian for 5 years. Yes! We have followed Dr Nadia to Greencross Coburg. Her tireless devotion and dedication to best practice has certainly earned our loyalty. A new clinic, the equipment and practice provide an excellent facility for animal care and treatment. As an attentive canine parent and professional canine handler/trainer, I highly recommend the staff at this clinic. I am most confident in recommending this team!

I signed up to this vet based on the reviews… I don’t know who they were dealing with, but this has been the worst vets I have ever encountered. A week after having my baby, my dog was unwell. Kara ran some tests & said she’d let me know the results. I asked her to also email a copy to which she said “no problem”. After calling for days to follow up being told I’d be called back, but of course, this never happened, someone left me a voicemail to call over concerning blood results. Once again, I chased up numerous times, with nobody calling me back. I emailed, I replied to their “check in” SMS, NOTHING. Eventually Kara called me back, no acknowledgement, nor apology about the delay, or the unnecessary stress with hearing that voicemail. She talked me through the results & next steps. I said I’d sit on it and get in touch, and to please send me a copy of the results. Once again- no response, no reply, nobody getting back to me! The last I’d heard from them was 14/4. Today is 4/5. Absolutely disgraceful. I had such high hopes for Green cross. I have no idea why the reviews are so high. I’ve also emailed the head office twice about cancellation as well as my experience- guess what? No reply!! Avoid this place! What a coincidence… As soon as this review was posted, they sent the blood results! What a disgrace!
I would like to acknowledge Karra the veterinarian for the care of my guid dog zabrina. To acknowledge that Karra is very professional, caring, goes above and beyond and provides a very safe environment for both me and my dog. As I am vision impaired it is very important for me to understand what is happening and Karra is always making sure I am fully aware of every situation and pending process and never rushes me out of the door whereas other places in the past have done so . I would highly recommend her services to anybody. ADUA..
