He is the best we had been going there for years our only problem is the opening hours are hard for us with our working hours so of late have had to go to Fawkner vet, but much prefer Dr Chang.

Excellent Vet and very nice man. Dr Chang is a rare gem in this field. Highly recommend.

Reception/facilities basic (not a concern for me), staff very nice, vet was friendly. I gave it 2 stars initially because of how upsetting the treatment ended up for us (which a subsequent vet suggested could be due to the type of medication we were prescribed at this practice) and it was potentially unnecessary. I amended my original emotional rant and added a star as upon reflection the staff were very nice and we have only had a single visit/experience to base this review on. We will still visit other veterinary practices due to confidence, but I cannot fault the staff or the vet on their customer service/attitude.
