I only put 1 star because zero was not an option 
If you need a wall with permits and engineering steer clear of them. The most painful 2 yr ordeal. Our wall was not built to the engineers drawings and after being paid full payment plus more he never paid the surveyor bill in full. Try to support local small business to be given the run around never again.
