Unfortunately I can't rate the place with a zero.. my wife and I walked in and asked do we take a menu and just pick a table, was told "yes, we will come and take your order." So we sat down and decided what we wanted.. meanwhile two other lots of people came in, their orders for food were taken immediately - we were ignored ( even though we were obviously ready to order and trying to get the eye of the waitress ) The ones served ahead of us were known to the staff, so were greeted like old friends. If you are a tourist or visitor to Launceston don't waste your time going here.. the attention to true customer service is lacking big time. 👎👎👎 three thumbs down from us.

Great coffee but the food was out of the world. Fully recommended. You won't be disappointed.

Seriously delicious food, great coffee and friendly staff. Definitely of the best cafes in Launceston.
