While not all the waitresses were rude, there was one at the front counter who would not get off her phone. Can only assume she was the owners daughter. The food was so full of oil, my mouth is still coated with it and I won't have to use any lip gloss for a week. I'm hoping l don't get sick tonight. Do not go here.
Food was lovely. Service not great but certainly didn't take away from our enjoyment of the meal. Male staff very well presented, but girls not so well dressed. Had to remind them to bring our drinks but would definitely come again.
It was terrible experience. The food was overcooked and very overpriced. The young staff could not speak much English. When I gently and embarrissingly asked them to change my Duck meal as it was overcooked and leathery was told "No! " They came out with complementary fried ice creams in the middle of our main course and even that was stale and disgusting!
Absolutely DISGUSTING service and food is also disgusting. Nearly $65 for 4 meals takeaway. Recieved 7 honey prawns for $19.80, king prawn noodles for $18.90 which was 2 minute noodles and a fishy broth PLUS Noodles were burnt. Mongolian Lamb was very undercooked! Only half decent meal was the fried rice. Called to complain and the staff member who goes as "Alisha" was awful and didn't even take it seriously. I'll be demanding a refund tomorrow and won't back down! Don't ever go to this grotty F**king place!!.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My husband’s beef was full of gristle and over cooked egg we think that’s what it was and my chicken didn’t come out until he had finished attempting to finish his. We mentioned the bad meat and the staff didn’t really care. The table cloth was sticky when we went to lean on it. The rice was hard and dry. The sign says “the best Chinese...”
Absolutely disgusting service. Didnt tell us until we got our bill that our fried rice we ordered was large which costs more mind you it was only a plate dispite the menu shows one price. Charged us $50 just for the rice. Very rude. Will never go there again
Terrible service. We didn't get some of the food we ordered because the chef had disappeared somewhere. Didn't get told what we weren't getting, it just never showed up. Some of the food was fine but the prawn and corriander rolls were disgusting.
Sizzling chicken and sweet and sour pork were amazing. Special fried rice was super fresh and perfect! If you want actual authentic chinese food were nothing else matters, this is the place

We did not have a good experience - we didn't even get to try the food as they managed to stuff up our takeaway order. The staff were so unprofessional and rude they do not deserve your business. Huge thumbs down.
