i was very keen to book with grace based on view here. however, one of the consultant played a lot of drama. Told me this week has no problem to book in over the phone, he said he tried to match price with other top removal company. When I made decision to book in, he sent me a new quotation which is higher price than we agreed, when I call him back he said to me the whole week is booked out, new price is for next week. How ridiculous!!! He knows I am in hurry now and tried to give me hard time! I’m very disappointed!

Moved with Grace Removals from Brisbane to Melbourne recently. Graham was the sales consultant in Brisbane and was fantastic, as was the team that came on moving day. In Melbourne Teresa was the point of contact for the delivery. We had to change the delivery date and had a bit of an awkward driveway that needed a smaller truck. She could not have been more helpful with the delivery as was the team that delivered our belongings to us on the day. I would highly recommend Grace removals and would say that the two people mentioned are fantastic assets to the Company. If we could deal with people like this everyday it would be awesome. Again thanks for a trouble free move Grace Removals Brisbane and Melbourne.

I used their services to relocate from Hobart to Melbourne back in 2 011 & again in 2 017 to return from Melbourne to Hobart. Very friendly, polite, helpful & professional service. Arrived when expected & were extremely willing to assist as requested.
5 + Stars & thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Awesome service from this group. Pick up was painless and we even hot some great tips on what to do with our fridge so it would be fresh when it arrived back. After 2 1/2 years in storage the delivery back was just as painless. And yes the fridge was perfect. The team were patient and courteous and nothing was a bother.  I highly recommend them for there service and their professional approach.
