This is one of the original best coffee cafe in Daylesford. Their Mexican bean with egg is the best. Eggs cooked to perfection with runny egg yolks, perfect to eat with beans and toast. Pulled pork roll is very tasty. Pulled pork is soft and moist. The bun is super soft and very nice. This cafe used to have baked eggs, but probably in seasonal menu nowadays. Limited tables inside and some outside. Seats comfortable. Staff is friendly too. Price is average. Plenty of parking nearby.
Nice little cafe on the main strip. It was a pretty hectic Saturday morning brunch for us and staff seemed a bit stretched. I got the B.L.A.T with fried egg and it was perfect The sourdough was warm and soft, perfectly toasted, there was a generous serve of backing and I also got 2 yolks so bonus. My partner had the Mexican beans with poached eggs and really enjoyed her “warm and comforting” meal
Very tasty breakfast. We had the egg Benny and the ham and tomato with salsa Verde. Eggs were much better than the toasty. The staff are also very friendly. And it is a lovely spot
Another great spot to eat on Daylesford! I had the eggs Benedict and my partner had the B.L.T.A. which he adored! My eggs Benedict was cooked and seasoned well but the hashbrown was average. We also ordered a bloody Mary which was lovely but the sun was shining bright in our eyes sitting out the back! Had to move tables to eat Food: 4/5
Lovely cafe to go to in Daylesford. Comfy and chilled vibe that compliments the beautiful food on the menu. Personal fav is the apple pie porridge! Goes down like a treat. Coffee is wonderful sometimes a bit inconsistent with who makes it but is mostly reliable. Friendly staff that make you feel welcomed! Also, looking for the best seat in the house…head straight to the window, and watch the busyness of Daylesford go by
Very peaceful environment with soft lighting. Service was fast and the staff are really nice. Ice chocolate and coffee were immaculate and the food was delicious heaped portions. Worth every cent!Food: 5/5
Been here a couple of times now and I have to admit that it's one of my favourite places to eat at in Daylesford. The food is always good quality and the atmosphere is always nice. We sat outside and enjoyed the breeze while we had our late breakfast. Great place to check out when you're in Daylesford
Probably the best big brekky I've ever had! The food covered the whole plate and was even on our table in 15mins! A bit more expensive than most big brekky meals but 100% worth it! Friendly, efficient staff, great food. Coming back for sure!Food: 5/5
Not quite sure why everyone is raving about the eggs benny here...it was like a pea and ham soup and you couldn't even taste the hollandaise sauce, so who knows if it was good. The hash brown was fried to a crisp that there wasn't even discernible potato inside. I think the photos speak for themselves... In addition to this, the service wasn't great in the courtyard. It was curt bordering on rude to our questions about the menu and requests for water which we never ended up getting. If this food didn't cost as much as it did and the service was better, maybe it would have been okay. But for these prices, we expected more.
Enjoyed having the eggs bene this morning and their use of a hash brown for the bread. Coffee was nice but slightly milky. Service was friendly, although the woman spoke so softly I could barely hear her and she was a bit awkward in her approach. Liked the atmosphere - relaxed and cosy.
