I am writing this letters to complaint a Poor Customer service I have received from gorman Doncaster stores! I bought a big size planter from gorman this Monday and find too big when I put my plant in ! Then I come back to the store and change to medium size ! Meanwhile, I also bought a small size at the same day! But the thing is when I come back home I find the small is perfect for all my plants ,the medium is still too big then after two days I kept the small one and go to Doncaster store to change the medium to another small one! I have been shopping with gorman for more than 12 years ! I never received such bad service! Sadly, when I told the salesshe was really rude,she didn’t see the receipt clearly at first , she said I have wrong receipt and when I showed her the the item on the receipt, she was like warning me that I cannot change again because I have change once, I told her that it is difficult to buy this planter because I cannot carry my plant with me! She was telling me three times I cannot change again and also didn’t give the discount on the planter too which I checked online the price is on sale! Then I didn’t argue with her about anything , I just left the store and do not want to come anymore! I have spent thousands dollars in gorman since I come to melbourne on 2007 every year! I feel really sad about this brand because the poor service I received toady:
love the Gorman clothes, however they need to understand that big women..... size 16 and 18 also have the same buying power, sometimes better, than the smaller sized women!!! Please get your buyers to order bigger sizes.
Talk about funky clothes! I went here with my daughter - she took me to get cool maternity style clothes for her and I ended up with a dress too. Mother and daughter combo if you like that style. We obviously did!

I came into this store today with limited time and on a mission. The two lovely sales assistants were cheerful, helpful and welcoming. Such a rarity these days.
I came in for a gift card for my sister, very pleasant staff and took the extra time to tell me what do incase we lost the gift card. Professional and friendly.
