We have worked with Leon Schrader. He has been very thorough and professional and he has an excellent knowledge of property management. He has great communication skills and it was a pleasure working with him. We ould certainly recommend Leon for any one, either tenant looking to rent or land lord for property management.

I had a horrible time dealing with this property management company.  I rented an apartment unit 2, 33 third av in Kingsland from these guys back in Jan last year. on the outside the house looked great but the house was damp, had problems with lights, leaking showers,  and the garden was in a mess after we had been told that they would sort it out after we moved in. 
I could have lived with these problems but the main issue i had with this company was Christine our real estate agent. I would describe her as a mix between Adolf Hitler and Donald Trump. However I believe that these guys would have been able to have sorted out getting my deposit back a lot quicker and with less fuss.

she brought up the fact that we had left the house in a mess even though we had the place professionally cleaned. When I went back to clean the floor and the inside of a cupboard I basically walked into a building site. Please find photo attached.   

She was possibly the most rude and incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. I think that she knew that we where about to leave the country so wanted to make it difficult for us to get our deposit back. she would blank calls when we had arranged to meet her at the house to clean the "disgusting cupboard". I had to resort to using a friends phone to get her to pick up. only to be told that she does not have a key as the builders have it. 

It is clear that if Auckland was not in a housing bubble at the moment she would not have a job. I would be really wary of using this company and if you have her for a agent i would rather get some newspaper and some cardboard boxes and set up shop on King Street.

Goodwin Property Management provide a highly professional service & are efficient, effective & a pleasure to deal with. As a property manager, Danielle Smith has provided us with a stellar service - she is easily contactable, knowledgeable & above all, a helpful & reliable contact for anything property related. 
Highly recommended to both property owners & tenants alike.
