A great gym, staff are professional and cater for all levels and personal goals. A community minded centre, with motivated face to face instruction who make exercise fun and challenging. Highly recommended.

I have been a member of Goodlife gym for approximately 4-5 years. My experience has always been positive and the staff at all of the Goodlife gyms I have gone to  especially in Rockhampton and Maroochydore have been absolutely outstanding and helpful. I have a membership that allows me to use Goodlife gyms anywhere inAustralia as well as bring in a guest  my wife  on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays which is awesome due to me working a hectic shift work roster and making me reluctant to cancel my membership due to not using it as much as I would like to due to my work commitments. I have used those benefits frequently and I have been extremely happy with my membership to date. Thanks -David and Angelique Espeut

I started here about 2 months ago and love it! Great staff, fellow members and so much space with aircon. Best in the area 

I usually come to this centre, and I came there around 6:35 am and I was trying to open by my app card but it did not work. After I went back to my house to grab physical card and when I came back and tried my physical card I did not work too. And my subscription is still active. It wasted my one hour like that 

been to other gyms but keep coming back , open and spacious with a "get it done " vibe , nice to see an extensive mix of age groups 

Been a member for years. Large club, lots of exercise choices, great staff. Also has after hours access, with alarm points and cctv for safety. Some rather odd management decisions though hence not 5 stars - no lifting chains, trap bars or safety squat bars allowed. Also, none of the bench press benches have safety bars to guard against dropping a loaded bar on your chest or neck. More in photo I've added safeties on track, but have to use bench that isn't ideal to do this.

Great staff with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I have found my 'gym home' at Goodlife Rocky. After trying almost all gyms and workout centres in Rocky - this is the place that I have found to be outstanding. As soon as you walk in, the team behind the counter are always at the ready to give you a smile or help you find what you need, the personal trainers are professional and really care about getting you the results you are after, the group fitness classes are OUT OF THIS WORLD and the facilities are impeccable. I cannot fault this gym
