We recommend Ambitionz to our serviced rental guests in their welcome packs.  A joint membership with their other gym at Seaspray is excellent value.  A trip to the coastal farmers' markets followed by a Seaspray Ambitionz class makes for a lovely day after a long week at work.  Penelope.

BEST & BIGGEST GYM in rockhampton - ask for Clint - tell him Richard from LJ Hooker sent you for a good deal. So much equiptment to use and many classes you can do from Cycling to Zumba!! Ladies have their own private area!!
