Our outdoor Functional Training Zone is the ideal place to reassess your routine and we have a great team of personal trainers who can support your mind and body through any challenges.
It’s not all work though – the kids can have a great time in the child minding area while you do your thing, and you’re more than welcome to pull up a chair on the AstroTurf and stay a while if you’d like a chat or a debrief to swap notes with your workout buddy.
