I would like to say that the professionalism and care with which I have been treated at Golden Beach Dental has been excellent. I am a Bupa member, and paid virtually nothing for a root canal treatment recently. Dr Bun Han is excellent in explaining the proceedure, very reassuring, considerate, keeps you updated and informed during the proceedure, uses excellent pain relief and is a very experienced and thorough dentist. I was nervous for root canal therapy and it turned out to be a breeze!

Made 2 appointments for my kids at 430 and 5pm. Arrived at 420pm to be told i had a 4pm appointment and i needed to rebook. When i mentioned i had a 430pm appointment i was told the Dentist had gone home and i could come back in 2 days. If you want unprofessional service, this is the place for you. Wouldnt risk seeing if the Dentist is better at their job but can say its the most unprofessional dental service ive encountered in 20 years

I had an appointment which I was 5 minutes early it was at the same time as my uncle's as I was driving we said our names when we came in. Half hour later I asked how much longer the receptionists had put me down as a no show... not happy
