These guys are awesome. Recently had an SSD and RAM upgrade completed by them for my iMac. Customer service, quality of work and time frame were all great. They really do go above and beyond. If you need repairs or upgrades, Gold is the best of the best and I highly recommend them.
I have a 2012 MacBook Pro that was running like a dog. Word would take almost 40 seconds to load! It is in amazing condition and also has CD input so I was not keen to fork out for a new MacBook. I called the guys at Gold PC Services to see if there was anything they could do to help me. They said that replacing the hard drive with an SSD should resolve the problem. I had also heard that a RAM upgrade may help so they offered to double the RAM at no extra charge. To be honest, I was a bit dubious of the increase in speed from the hard drive replacement. I had the call today to say it was ready and I was excited to see the improvement. WOW! Word loaded instantaneously. My MacBook is now faster than it was when I brought it! Thank you so much guys for your brilliant advice and the reasonable cost. I’ve saved a fortune upgrading to a new MacBook Pro and still have CD input. Definitely one happy customer. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you again :
absolutely terrible customer service, charging $60 for a diagnostic/quotation and when asked for the macbook back they said they started on the job already when i haven’t agreed on the price that they never gave me. took my macbook back and they said “good luck finding another place who would do it for you, don’t come back here” DO NOT COME HERE

Gold PC services is one of the BEST computer repair shops in Western Australia, was able to fix my computer problems that I have had over 9 months in a few minutes! Wizards!
Fantastic level of service that is rare to find. We required our Toshiba Satellite Radius laptop to have the screen replaced after gravity caused it to hurtle towards the floor and break. This not only cracked the screen but it also damaged the screen surround, metal keyboard rest and part of the bottom cover. We were provided with a very reasonable price for the parts and labour and an expected time to repair. After we had dropped off the laptop for repair, we had seen on the news that the transport link from the eastern states to WA had been washed away. So, when I received a message from Gold PC updating me on the progress and that there would be a delay before the parts would arrive, I kind of expected it. What wasn’t expecting was that Gold PC actually sent me a screen shot of the notification they had received from Australia post confirming that there was an actual delay. I have always been sceptical when you are told parts have been delayed and have never been provided with any proof to make me think otherwise. So Gold PC did a fantastic job replacing the screen, knocked out the dents and did it all within only a few days of the original estimated timeframe. Thank you

Very trustworthy! Originally, went to Apple and was quoted $1200 for a Macbook repair. Disheartened, it was economically better to have just bought a new Macbook. I had a feeling I should try just one more time and Gold PC and their reviews all came up. Dropped off on Saturday, received a quote on Monday and picked up on Thursday. I would like to thank the amazing technicians for help on my little Macbook which cost me 1/4 of what Apple initially quoted me. The technicians even went the extra mile spending time to repair hardware previously broken. My macbook is as good as new and I saved so much money without having to buy a new one and losing my data. Will recommend to anyone and everyone I know needing computer repairs. Reason why I always love supporting small businesses is the extra love and care they provided. Thank you x100000000
