Called up AB Computers as the Power Button on my Tower wasn't working and wanted to change my Tower, I spoke to a Lovely Gentleman on the phone and had it all booked for the 19th of this month, Arrived Yesterday to hand the Tower over so they can move everything over to the new tower, I got a call in 5 hours to say it was done and was informed my CPU Fan wasn't working and Jack the Manager without Extra Cost put in another CPU Fan in for me Which is Grateful and didn't expect it, Jack was amazing and has recommended me to have a cooling system put in due to the tower not having a top open like before like my old one  I would recommend this guy to anyone thanks for taking the stuff out of the other tower to the other tower in 5 hours  & he only charged me £130

If I could leave zero stars I would, my dad and I took a home built pc into the shop for a simple ram repair- they kept the pc for 3 weeks, my brother is severely autistic and need the pc to cope with meltdowns when called about the pc they didn’t pick up- when visiting said  they hadn’t had the chance to touch it but when my dad came to pick it up they said he couldn’t because it was in ‘pieces’ hours of arguing later they returned it fully in tact funny because it was meant to be in bits an hour before- the worker and the manager both incredibly rude to my father even went so far to call the police just because we wanted to pick the computer up- the police tried to reason and get them to give OUR property back they refused- lies, deception and general rudeness! AVOID AVOID AVOID! I can’t stress this enough they should be shut down for malpractice it’s just embarrassing how they conduct their business.

Dropped in today and fixed my problem and didnt even charge me. Very helpful and knowledgable. Thank you..

Want my advice:Spend the extra and go to pc world to buy and if you need a repair i suggest websters Norwich , a b computers repair service is laughable, if you don't laugh you might want to set the shop on fire. The manager has a bad energy, seemed rude, condescending and grumpy , they will rip you off. They suggest that you buy stuff, and when it doesn't work they'll say you can't return it coz it has been opened. They make promises that they don't keep :

Terrible. Paid for a service that they couldn't even do and still got charged for nothing. Waste of time and money. Especially when they sed it would be done in an hour and 3days later still got nowhere. Save ur money and by pass this shop

Very professional in the way they handled my situation, laptop repaired and will definitely use again when needed.

Been very helpful on my requests and requirements and advice was free.
