Update- After much confusion and miscommunication, was finally able to resolve the situation. Adrian (the boss) contacted me personally to fix the issue. He was genuinely apologetic and was very understanding of the situation. 

Rang up on a wednesday around midday to arrange a car collection for the following thursday. Let them know it would have to be before 1pm. Nobody showed up to collect car. Rang again the next day to arrange a pickup for the following saturday, girl on the phone assured me a 9-10am pickup time. Nobody showed up again, no phone calls or any attempt at reaching me. 

Overall really unprofessional, and from reading the reviews not a first or one off occasion. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Really earnt your 1* GC wreckers, very dissapointing.

Excellent service. Called to get rid of my old car and was dealt with promptly that day and received cash for my car. Quick and convenient way to get rid of your old no longer in use motor vehicles.
