Great customer service! It’s never a nice situation when someone bumps into the back of your car and all the hassle that follows to get it fixed. Not to worry, in Gold Coast I had the most pleasant experience having my car fixed at GC Panel Works. It’s a family owned business and you will receive outstanding attention and follow up from Karen, the owner. Not only my car looks brand new again, but also took only from Wednesday to Monday for parts replacement and a paint job!!!

After becoming victim to the recent hail storm , i did some research and decided to request from my insurance that my car was repaired at GC panel Works. With a quick turn around i had my car back within 4 working days and i was blown away with how great it looked. I can honestly say that it is better now then when i bought it. The guys treated my car with so much respect and inside was kept clean and returned to me with a hand was. Thank you so much for all of your help. So happy

I highly recommend seeing Bruce and Karen, they were both so lovely and professional to communicate with. Bruce was honest and very helpful throughout, saving me a lot of money on fixing my car.
