We had an awesome holiday here and rented 2 cabins by the creek entrance and can honestly say its perfect location n peaceful as you're away from the busy part of Park close to ramp which we took our tinny. Great clean facilities n park . A little expensive but was a special holiday so we weren't to bothered . Nearby activities: Plenty to see and do for whole family Walkability: Lots of parks and beach front to explore
Worst worst place ever!! Don’t stay here especially if you have kids. The photos make it look like a 4 star but when you go there it is not even a 1 star. VERY unhygienic, at night time cockroaches come out everywhere hundreds of German cockroach’s crawling all over my suitcase, clothes, all over the bed, couches, floor absolutely everywhere it’s terrifying. My 3 year old daughter woke up with flea bites all over her, dodgy people everywhere don’t even feel safe with the door locked. Honestly would rather sleep on the street then come back here! Waste of money!! Very rude ladies in the office!
Way to Expensive, 100$ per night for a campsite. Very small, pretty dirty place. Considering to just leave the place even though we already paid. Wont get our money back.
Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. Rooms extremely dirty and smelly, cockroach in the room. Reception are un professional! Please don’t go! We could t stay not even one minute.
Place is very old no heater TV don't work 1 blanket steps dangerous when wet no hand rails close to macdonalds that's the only postive about this place manager is disgusting lifted her hand to strike me when I complained the room is dirty smelly and very old be warned on this place peopleRooms: 1/5
I know someone who has lived there for many months, for emergency accommodation. Have visited her there many many times. The negative reviews are all true. The owners replies, of accusing overnight travellers of planting syringes is also untrue. Ive seen them myself around the grounds. Or that the reviews are being made by people who were kicked out is also untrue. They allow many undesirables to stay here..They owners are nasty and greedy. They want maximum fee for zero effort and for less than 1 star accommodation. Owners have no social skills, and pay junkies and their children to clean rooms. Probably for cheaper rates..They are not cleaned to even a 2 star standard. I've lived on the Gold Coast for over 20 years,.This place has always been known to have a bad reputation, by us locals. My opinion..
I have stayed at this caravan park over the years Dora is a lovely lady always finding a spot for us in the most difficult times to find accommodation. The park has been around for 40 years so if you looking for a modern caravan park it's not for you. The pool is clean and the amenities are clean never had a problem staying there. In the next 2 months Dora will be introducing her new heath foods
Do not stay here swarms of german cockroaches at night you get kicked out easy if another family pays more. No speaking amongst guests or you get scolded in a cruel fashion. Owner noses through rooms when you go out. Very rude toxic, heartless & greedy they are selling thank goodness. Unsafe risky environment for kids. They should be forced to close. Rip off!! Such a disappointment.
Good affordable pet friendly Gold Coast location. Friendly staff, tidy park good amenities. Easy short walk to McDonald’s, cafes & liquor shop. Booked a van site last minute with no hassles. Overall a very happy experience and will return to stay.
Don't stay here I've a nephew currently staying in a cockroach infested cabin with 2 young kids no blankets or TV smoke alarms don't work lady at desk was beyond rude actually abusive I rated 1 star just to do review but would give zero rating
