Very happy with our holiday experience at Coolangatta!  Very friendly staff, and prompt service.  I would recommend holidaying through Gold Cost Holiday Homes.  We will be back!

Fantastic service - Holli from gold coast holiday homes was wonderful to deal with - efficient and considerate whilst answering and trying to accomodate all my queries -  the apartment 1577 Ocean Plaza was exactly as described but the location and view has to be seen to be believed amazing - what a treat waking up to whales just outside your window. We will definitely book again.

Excellent staff. Prompt service and very helpful. I've been an ongoing customer for a few years and they're always my first choice.

Rented an apartment in Kirra at the end of June. Good location, but apartment had not been cleaned properly. Outdoors was dirty, balcony had cigarette butts. As for floors inside, we kept on having black feet, which told us it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. Very disappointed especially when you get charged cleaning fees when you book.

Really do not recommend using this company. The customer service is awful, there are signs throughout the property 'do not do this ' do not that' I appreciate there are rules etc... But just so rudely written and Litetally everywhere is littered with them.
The accommodation was dirty, filthy actually. I took photos dated as proof so they did not attempt to charge me for the cleaning. We stayed for 6 weeks and didn't once have a clean or the offer of a clean. 

The lack of communication when there is an issue- no response several times, having to chase them.

Office staff so unhelpful and unwilling.

There are so many
Places to rent from online, and most of the accommodation is not exclusive to this company so please do your homework and look around. 

This is the first bad review I have ever left, but I am so discusted with this company
