Very unhelpful service from Prahran store. Sales assistant provided only yes or no answers to my questions. Probably the least friendly customer service I have experienced for a while.

Good old fashioned service which means listening to the customer's needs then bending over backwards to meet them, including a free onsite visit to assess the requirements and an amazing back up service.

Very happy with the service. I've had my Hoover vacuum for 18 months and it's exactly what I needed. I had a Dyson and explained my requirements to the guys. They directed me to the Hoover which was slightly more expensive but far better value for money. I've delayed my review to ensure all went ok and it has. Will buy from them again.
