This use to be the best gloria jeans ive ever been to until new people took over. It is now the worst gloria jeans. Ive seen cakes for sale with yellowing, cracked dried cream, the service is awful. Almost every time my order has been wrong and ive even seen the new owner use he's hands to push the coffee in the measuring thing that connects to the coffee machine. No wonder all the old staff left when these people took over. Id rate it no stars if i could. Such a shame as it use to be so very good. I miss the previous owners. They were fantastic, polite and friendly. Dont think these people will last long if this is how they run a business. Truly horrible.
