Appalling customer service. After buying numerous coffees and lunches at this place as well as other Degani outlets; I had accumulated a coffee card where I was entitled to a free coffee after purchasing 9 coffees. I went to this particular outlet to claim my entitled free coffee to then be told by the manager that I was not entitked to it because it did not have the right stamp. This Degani offer states on the card that it is valid at ANY Degani store however the manager indignantly questioned me with 'what don't you understand?' My rightly response was 'I understand perfectly whatvInread on the card which states "Purchase nine coffees and receive a regular coffee for FREE at any Degani store!" The card even uses the exclamation point. After years of being a loyal customer to this outlet I will NEVER go back and it is not even about the coffee; it is about the way I was treated. The manager needs a wake up call and a lesson in manners and respect. Appalling!!!

I go here most days. The coffee is excellent and the staff are both hard workers and very friendly. Prices are reasonable also

Terrible coffee and appaulling service. Refused loyalty card from port melbourne degani.
